Daily Rates Exclude:

  • Extra Day Trips & Site seeing.
  • Trophy Fees For Animals Harvest, Wounded Or Lost.
  • Hotel And Air Charter Fees.
  • Permit Fees Where Applicable.
  • Gratuities For Staff, Please See Guideline Below:
  • Camp Staff, Trackers & Skinners - US$ 40/Day
  • Chef / Hostess - US$ 20/Day
  • Professional Hunter - US$ 100/Day

Daily Rates Include:

  • The service of a licensed PH, Vehicle, dedicated tracker, skinner and trained camp staff.
  • Accommodation, Daily Laundry, All Meals, Non-Alcoholic Beverages, Bottled Water.
  • Field Preparation And Salting Of Trophies.

Payment & Deposits

  • A 50% Deposit Of The Daily Rate Or Package Fee Is Payable To Confirm The Booking.
  • The Balance Is Payable Upon Completion Of The Safari Together With The Trophy Fee.

  • Payments Can Be Made In The Form Of Cash or Electronic Banking Transfer.

  • No Personal Cheques.
  • No Refunds Are Allowed For Late Arrivals And Early Departures.

Liability:

Limpopo Hunting Safaris, its agents and employees shall not be held liable for any damage, losses and expenses suffered by any client as a result of sickness, quarantine, weather conditions, war, strikes, riots or any other cause outside of our control.

Limpopo Hunting Safaris, it's agents and employees, accept no liability in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to person or property arising out of any act, omission or negligence. The client shall be deemed to have waived renounced and abandoned any and all right or entitlement which the client may be entitled to under the provisions of the law of the Republic of South Africa for any loss or damage to person or property.

Limpopo Hunting Safaris shall not be held liable for any loss or experience arising from the loss of property, cancellation or curtailment of the hunting safari however caused, save only to the extent that such loss of baggage, cancellation or curtailment was caused by the hunting outfitter's negligence.

All clients and observers are required to sign a Limpopo Hunting Safari indemnity agreement before commencement of the Safari.

Cancellations & Refunds:

In the event of a cancellation prior 90 days of commencement of the Safari, the deposit will be refunded, less 20%

In the event of a cancellation within 60 days of the commencement of the Safari, the deposit is forfeited, or the hunt can be postponed to a later date.
